Speak Aid Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Speak Aid, a language improvement platform provided by Vecihi LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Speak Aid mobile application (the "App"), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

1. Acknowledgement

This EULA is concluded between you and Vecihi LLC only, not with Apple. Vecihi LLC is solely responsible for the Speak Aid application and its content. Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content. Your use of the App must comply with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License

Vecihi LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license also permits access and use by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

3. Maintenance and Support

Vecihi LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

4. Warranty

Vecihi LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation. Any other claims, losses, or damages due to a failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of Vecihi LLC.

5. Product Claims

Vecihi LLC is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims.
• Claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, Vecihi LLC will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.

7. Legal Compliance

By using this App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country.
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. For example, if you use a VoIP service, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement.

10. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information, is available within the App and on our website. By using Speak Aid, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Subscription Terms

a. Free Plan: Limited access to features, with daily usage limits.
b. Paid Subscriptions: Full access to all features without limits. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Manage your subscription through your Apple account settings.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Make modifications, adaptations, or derivative works based on the App.
• Violate any laws in connection with your use of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices posted by Vecihi LLC.

14. Termination

Vecihi LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including your breach of this EULA.

15. Changes to this EULA

We reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated EULA. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
